CFM Management, Inc. seeks a take-charge, reasonable and meticulous Part-Time Storage Facility Team Member to assist in running our multi-unit personal storage facility located in Salem Oregon. This role will work 3-4 days per week including every weekend, the shift will be 9a-4p.

This position reports to our Owner. 

What you will be doing:

Administrative for Storage Units

  • complete all required paperwork for new storage customers
  • ensure the premises is ready for new occupants
  • maintain all statutory required records
  • ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • enforce terms of rental agreements

Tenant/Resident Relations

  • show units to new customers
  • maintain updated vacancy reports
  • orient new customers to the property
  • investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • enforce property policies and procedures

Maintenance

  • monitor and complete maintenance and repairs quickly and cost-effectively
  • ensure security of premises and maintain security devices

 The Requirements:

  • understanding of and customer service principles
  • working knowledge of contracts and agreements
  • working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance
  • computer proficiency including MS Office and property management software

Compensation

$13-$15/hour DOE
